Q. How is your data billed?
A. It is billed Monthly.

Q. If I do not use all my data or sms messages do they carry over to the next month.
A. No.

Q. Why are the prices so different between Canada and the US?
A. Each carrier sets their own prices, competition, government regulation and market conditions all play a factor in prices.

Q. We are not sure how much data our device uses so which plan is the best? A. We suggest using the lowest plan available and can provide you with an email notification when you have used up 75% of your data. You then have the option to upgrade. Since you only pay for the data that you use there is no need to pay for a higher plan.

Q. Will you provide the APN and any other setting we need to ensure our devices work?                                                                                                                                                                                             A. Yes.

Q. What happens if my device uses too much data or more than I thought.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     A. You are responsible for all data that you consume and will be billed accordingly. If you are not sure then check with the manufacturer of your device or simply do not purchase from us.

Q. How do I know if your sim cards will work with our device?
A. As long as your device uses a standard sim card and you are able to program the "APN" information in your device it should work. To make sure please contact your manufacturer. We are not responsible for devices that do not work with our sim cards. CHECK BEFORE PURCHASING
